Friday, April 17

  • Check in at 4:00pm
  • Explore the resort and scope out cozy spots to read throughout the weekend.
  • Doors open for dinner at 6:45pm for you to mingle, open your swag bag, and take pictures in the photobooth to sign our guestbook
  • At both dinners, all dietary needs can be accommodated and there will also be a cash bar available.

Saturday, April 18

  • Breakfast and lunch will be on your own, but you'll get vouchers to use throughout the resort so you can choose where and what you'd like to eat.
  • In the morning, stop by The Roadrunner Bookshop - a local, mobile bookstore that will be set up for us to have a personalized shopping experience. 
  • Book Club will happen in the afternoon (optional)




  • Doors open for dinner at 6:45pm



  • After dinner we'll do our Blind Book Exchange
  • Everyone will be seated by favorite genre so you can sit with your fellow genre lovers!

Sunday, April 19

  • Checkout is 11am, but feel free to relax, book a spa treatment, or find a cozy spot to cuddle up in while you wait to get back to reality.
  • The book will be chosen as we get closer and as I work on potentially securing a local author to come lead it!
  • Breakfast and lunch will be on your own, but you'll get vouchers to use towards meals throughout the resort so you can choose where and what you'd like to eat.
